In the case of recruiting firms, we’ve found that the best leads are companies that are currently hiring.

We find all the individual job posts that the recruiting firm wants to fill, find the relevant stakeholders and their contact details.

We try to provide three independt contact details for each role:

  • Hiring Manager for the role
  • HR Manager
  • Head of HR

If these are not available, we find the relevant stakeholders (this could be the founder, VP etc.)

If you do not have the capacity to perform the outreach yourself, we can do it for you.
